摘要聚氨酯是一种在结构上有氨基甲酸酯的聚合物,把聚氨酯树脂均匀地分散在水溶液中形成的树脂就是水性聚氨酯(WPU)。最近,人们的收入在不断地增加,国家的科学也进步了,人们也越来越担心自己的健康问题。聚氨酯渐渐地从原来的溶剂型慢慢地向着有利的方向发展成为水分散型,溶剂型聚氨酯也慢慢地转变成水性聚氨酯。然而,水性聚氨酯的耐水性和疏水性并不是很好。在不影响水性聚氨酯的成膜性、稳定性等优异的特点的情况下,加强水性聚氨酯的耐水性和疏水性在如今已变得越来越重要。本研究以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、二烃甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基本单体,己二醇为亲水扩链剂,并用1-4丁二醇(BDO)进行后期改性,利用丙酮法制备了水性聚氨酯,然后再用硅烷偶联剂对水性聚氨酯进行了复合改性,采用碳化硅对水性聚氨酯进行改性。研究了复合改性对水性聚氨酯的力学性能及微观表面形貌影响,研究表明了碳化硅对水性聚氨酯的改性有了显著的提高,也证明了随着碳化硅的量的增加,水性聚氨酯的综合性能也会有所提高。86266

Abstract Polyurethane is a urethane polymer has the structure, the polyurethane resin is uniformly dispersed in the aqueous solution is an aqueous polyurethane resin is formed (WPU)。Recently, incomes with peoples continue to increase, the national science has progressed, people are concerned increasingly about their healthy problems。Polyurethane Gradually slowly toward a favorable direction from the original solvent-based to become a water dispersible, solvent-based polyurethane is also slowly into the aqueous polyurethane。However, the water resistance of aqueous polyurethane and hydrophobic not very good。In the case does not affect the waterborne polyurethane film-forming properties, excellent stability characteristics, strengthen the aqueous polyurethane water resistance and hydrophobicity is now becoming increasingly important。In this study, the polyester diols, dibutyltin dilaurate ene basic monomer,Hexanediol hydrophilic chain extender。With 1-4 butanediol, ethylene glycol post-modification,Acetone prepared aqueous polyurethane rule of law,Then with a silane coupling agent for aqueous polyurethane composite were modified,Silicon carbide on waterborne polyurethane modified。Study on the mechanical properties of the composite modification of waterborne polyurethane and microscopic surface topography influence, studies have shown that silicon carbide on the modified waterborne polyurethane has been significantly improved, but also proved that with the increase of the amount of silicon carbide, water-based polyurethane overall performance will be increased。
