摘要当如今我国纺织业高速发展,造成的环境污染问题愈发严重。纺织工业是我国的传统支柱工业之一,其污染物种类多种多样,主要污染物包括棉毛等纺织纤维上的污物、盐类、油类和脂类,以及加工过程中投加的各种残余的浆料、染料、助剂、表面活性剂等,纺织工业废水水量大,对水资源构成严重威胁。纺织废水所引起的环境问题,不仅影响了人们的身心健康,而且对我们的生存环境造成很大压力,其已成为人们普遍关注的问题。只有对污水进行有效的治理,才能获得良好的经济、社会、环境效益,使企业走上可持续发展的道路。84527

根据纺织废水水质的实际情况,该废水的处理适合采用厌氧+生物接触氧化法处理该废水。

本设计对工艺流程的确定做了详细介绍,对工艺流程中设备,污水处理构筑物以及污泥处理构筑物进行了详细的设计计算,确定了污水处理设备和构筑物的结构尺寸,通过资料的查阅,确定了废水处理工程的平面布置和高程布置,最后绘制了污水处理厂总平面图、高程图及几个主要构筑物平面图。

Abstract Now with the rapid development of Chinese textile industry,the environment pollution problem of textile wastewater is becoming more and more serious。 Textile industry is one of traditional pillar industry in our country, there are many different kinds of the pollutants and the main pollutants are dirt salt, oil and fat on cotton textile fiber, and adding the various residual slurry, dye, additives, surfactants, etc in the process of machining , quantity of water of textile industrial wastewater is big, it posed a serious threat to the water resources。 Environmental pollution brought by the textile wastewater, not only affects people's health and normal production and life, and caused great pressure to our survival environment, it has become a widespread concern。 Only  effective governance of sewage can obtain good economic, social and environmental benefits to make the enterprise on the path of sustainable development。

According to the actual situation of textile wastewater quality, anaerobic + biological contact oxidation method is used to deal with the waste water。

The determination of the design process are introduced in detail。 Through detailed design and calculation of equipment, sewage treatment structures and sludge treatment structures in the process flow ,it determines the structure size of the sewage treatment equipment and structures。 Through Consulting data, it determines the plane layout and elevation layout of wastewater treatment engineering and finally draws the sewage treatment plant total floor plan, elevation drawing and the floor plan of main structure。
