基于BSC的物流服务供应链绩效测评

摘要平衡计分卡被评为七十五年来最具有影响力的企业管理工具之一。首先基于平衡计分卡,从财务，客户，内部流程，成长与学习四个层次选取指标，建立物流服务供应链绩效测评的测评体系，并设计测评过程。然后，将建立的测评体系运用于实例研究，利用模糊综合评价法和序关系分析法对收集的数据进行处理和研究，得出结论。根据测评结果发现，在学习与成长方面物流服务供应链还有很大的提升空间。最后对测评对象提出改进的建议，为其未来发展方向提供参考依据。81918

Performance evaluation of logistics service supply chain based on BSC

Abstract The balanced score card has been regarded as one of the most influential business management tools in the recent seventy-five years。 This paper established the performance evaluation system of logistics service supply chain and process of design evaluation, by selecting indexes from the level of finance, customer, internal processes, growth and learning and using the balanced score card。 Then, this paper applied the evaluation system to the case study, in which we used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the sequence of analysis method to process and study the collected data。 The results showed that there was still much progress could be made for those logistics service supply chain companies in the aspect of learning and growth。 According to these results, this paper finally made some suggestions to the certain objects and provided some reference for the direction of further development。
