摘要：随着中国社会的不断发展，近年来企业间员工雇佣关系的冲突与人文关怀的缺失的问题频发，使得我国企业社会工作的普及与职业化进程的重要性得以体现。而企业社会工作本身作为一个舶来品，要直接在我国社会机制下运用会出现适应性不够的问题，而日本作为中国的邻国，其社会工作的开展与普及度处于世界领先水平，而与我国相似的社会背景与文化背景。日本企业社会工作不断的发展积累了无数的经验，这对于我国企业社会工作的发展具有良好的借鉴意义。 81893
本文会对企业社会工作进行研究，回顾我国企业社会工作的发展状况以及存在的困境，同时研究分析日本企业社会工作发展，日本的外包模式以及上海的日资企业对其总结经验，最后探讨我国如何对日本企业社会工作进行经验移植与本土借鉴，促进我国企业社会工作更好的发展。

企业社会工作可以被认为是社会工作在企业中的一个具体的发展，对企业来说具重大意义。如今社会发展，企业员工面对的工作压力和精神压力和以前有所不同，已经不是通过简单的物质补偿可以治疗的。高压力之下很多员工会产生严重的情绪问题，健康问题。在企业中社会工作的实施可以帮助员工以及企业有效地完善漏洞和解决一系列的问题。
