摘要在农村治理的路径方面，我国先后推出了 “小岗村模式”、“农村电子商 务模式”、“沙集模式”等都以管理方式带动经济发展的治理模式，以发展农村 经济带动解决“三农”问题。但在综合治理方面还没有“补足式”的治理模式。 本文以社会组织参与农村治理，解决农村居民生产、生活中具体问题，补充经济 发展过程中，基层治理方面不足的角度切入，分析了农村居民需要的社会服务需 求状况，表述了现阶段社会组织介入农村治理的不足；表述了社会组织介入的过 程中，从基层政府、村镇居民以及社会组织自身这三个方面的阻力以及人力资源 与资金方面的困难。最后本文提出了基层自治组织专业化、村镇与社会组织“软 对接”、资金合作与阳光等路径探讨，阐述了几点对社会组织及农村治理的一些 思考。74687

Research on the Current Situation,Resistance and Path of Social Organization in Rural Governance Taking a Town in Xuzhou City Tongshan Zone as an Example

Abstract In terms of rural governance path, China has launched a "mode of Xiaogang village", "mode of e-commerce in rural areas", "Sha JI model" are promoting economic governance models for the development of management for  the development of rural economy to solve "three rural" problem。 But in the comprehensive treatment, there is no "fill type" pattern。 Based on the participation of social organizations in rural governance, addressing specific issues in production and daily life of rural residents, adding in the process of economic development, lack of grass-roots governance point of view。 Analysis of the social service needs of rural residents, shortcomings of the present social organization involved in  rural governance。 Then describes the social organizations involved in the process from the local government, town residents and the social organization of these three aspects of resistance and difficulties in human resources and funding。 Proposed specialization, village autonomy organization and the Organization of society "soft docking", financial cooperation and the Sun approach, finally published some prospects on the social organizations and rural governance。
