摘要：改革开放以来，随着社会经济的不断发展，我国城乡相继得到快速发展，然而在以城市为主导的空间发展模式下，城乡发展差距逐渐成为阻碍经济稳步发展的主要因素，城乡一体化发展也成为当今学术界研究的热点问题。本文从空间、经济、社会和文化四个方面选取16个指标，构建出城乡一体化综合评价指标体系，运用熵值法定量评价苏北地区近10年城乡一体化发展的综合水平，并结合SPSS软件运用主成分分析法对2013年苏北地区的城乡一体化发展现状进行分析。结果表明，苏北城乡一体化发展综合水平呈现逐年上升的趋势，并且在空间上存在着明显的地域差异，即地级市市区高于其他县市。在此基础上，对苏北地区提出了几点针对性对策建议，以推进苏北地区城乡一体化的快速发展。34674

Exploration of the Countermeasures of the Development of the Urban-rural Integration in Northern Jiangsu
Abstract: Since reform and opening up, the urban-rural integration of our country has being developed rapidly with the rapid development of social economy, however, dominated by the spatial development mode of cities, he gap between the development of urban and rural has gradually become the main factors hindering economic steady development, the integration of urban and rural development has also become a hot issue in the academic circle. Through the 16 selected indicator in four aspects of space, economy, society and culture, building a comprehensive evaluation index system of the urban-rural integration and using the entropy to evaluate quantitatively the comprehensive level of urban-rural integration development in recent 10 years in Northern Jiangsu ,then take it and use principal component analysis combining with SPSS software to analyze the urban-rural integration development in north of Jiangsu Province in 2013.It is result that the development of urban-rural integration in Northern Jiangsu promoted yearly, and the overall performance in the space was obvious space differentiation characteristics that the cities were better than the counties. On the basis of these, put forward several specific proposals of promoting the rapid development of the urban-rural integration.
