[摘 要]：在城镇化进程不断加快的背景下，农村社区建设成为我国新农村建设的重要内容，它有利于实现我国城镇基本公共服务均等化，推进我国城乡一体化进程。本论文就目前我国农村社区建设的现状进行剖析，肯定了现阶段社区建设的成果，同时也分析了现阶段存在问题的原因，指出了当前新农村社区建设过程中存在的社区建设形式单一、资金匮乏、公共服务滞后、参与度较低、后续工作不到位以及存在政绩工程等问题，提出了一系列的解决方案，为实现我国更高水平的城镇化提供了有效途径。26511

Research on New Rural Community Construction During the Process of Urbanization
Abstract:With the process of urbanization,rural community construction has become an important content of socialist new countryside in our country. It is benefit for the promotion of equal basic public services in cities and towns ,and the inevitable choice of promoting urban and rural integration.This article choose urbanization under the background of new rural community construction as the research object, through the research to new rural community construction in China and points out the current existing in the process of new rural community construction of community construction in the form of a single, lack of funding,low participation of public service,follow-up work does not reach the designated position and performance engineering problems.And give a series of solutions of these problems to provide effective ways to realize a better urbanization.

农村社区建设是统筹城乡发展，推进城乡一体化进程的必然选择。目前，我国的城镇化率虽然显著提高，但专家指出:“中国的城镇化是一种典型的不完全城镇化，大量人口虽然常住在城镇地区，并被统计为城镇居民，但他们并没有真正融入城市。”[ ]要改变现状，则必须加快转变城镇化的方式，走新型城镇化的发展道路。新型城镇化的创新之处在于强调城市的公共服务和文化功能，摒弃了片面追求城镇数量增加、规模扩大的旧观念。李克强指出：“新型农村社区建设更能体现新型城镇化之‘新’，与传统城镇化不同，新型城镇化是以人为核心的城镇化，新型农村社区建设采取的是社区、产业园区和公共服务区配套建设的模式。”[ ]这种社区建设模式以农村原有风貌为基础，参考城市发展的道路，以改善农村居民生活和生产环境为目的，使得城乡之间的发展差距不断减小，逐渐实现城乡一体化发展。 城镇化过程中新型农村社区建设:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_20722.html
