摘 要：建设服务型政府对推进我国城市化进程有着重要意义，本文针对当前城市化进程中服务型政府建设存在受传统政治观念的影响，相关行政法律法规不健全，为人民服务意识淡薄，政府行政效率低下以及尚未形成有效的公民参与机制等问题；探索出了在城市化进程中要树立为人民服务的理念，强化政府管理与公共服务职能，坚持依法行政、规范政府行为，完善公务员制度以及积极推进公民参与的科学路径，以求更好地建设服务型政府。94131

Service Government Construction of Urbanization in Our Country
Abstract: Building a service-oriented government has important significance to advance the urbanization process in China。 This article in view of the current construction of service government in the process of urbanization is influenced by traditional political conception, administrative rules and regulations being not sound, weak consciousness of serving the people, the government administrative efficiency being low, and the problem such as effective citizen participation mechanism having not been formed。 Exploring out building up the idea of serving the people in the process of urbanization, strengthening government management and public service functions, adhering to administration according to law, standardizing the government behavior, improving the system of civil servants, and actively promoting the citizen participation, which are in order to build a service-oriented government better。

改革开放以来，过去很长时间处于停滞状态的城市化进程得到了较大的发展，城市化步伐有了明显的加快，与此同时，更多新的问题和挑战摆到了政府面前。群众需求持续增加，社会问题不断凸显，原来有效的政府管理模式已收效甚微，愈来愈多的弊端不断暴露出来。正当政府陷入泥潭之际，西方国家为了改善政府服务品质，提高政府办事能力，兴起了一股世界性的政府改造浪潮。我国受这股改革浪潮的影响，基于经济发展的需求，自主进行了一系列行政改革，其中包含精简机构、转变政府职能、完善公务员制度等。其后，伴随着诸如公共服务供应不足、政府过多干预市场等一系列问题的出现，政府面临着更为严峻的考验，新一轮改革迫在眉睫；而服务型政府的构想就在这样一个大的时代背景下孕育而生了。 我国城市化进程中的服务型政府建设研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_202103.html
