关于云水谣工程监理项目规划的研究

摘要：新中国成立以来，各种经济繁荣发展，建筑行业也飞速发展起来，各地的各种建筑拔地而起，建筑的速度必须要跟上质量，建筑的完全性的重要性日益显著。因此在建筑体系日益完善的当代，工程监理成了一个在建筑业具有举足轻重的职业，它在提高工程质量方面的地位越来越高，建筑施工必定离不开工程监理。中国建筑发展一共经历了十几年，在这段时间内，工程监理发挥了很大的作用，有了监理的存在，中国建筑业才能安稳的发展。但是监理同样也存在许多的不足，让人不得不重视起来。本文以云水谣工程为例对监理的项目规划进行研究，对监理的三大控制进行研究，对监理前景提出了展望，并提出自己的看法和理念。93187
