杭州市城东派出所民警的激励研究

摘要现有的精神激励为主导的民警激励方式根本不能适应基层警察队伍的实际需要。本文把杭州市城东派出所民警选取为研究的对象，重点对派出所民警激励方面存在的问题行了研究。在对现状进行分析后发现激励目标导向不正确，激励方法措施不到位，物质激励效果不理想等是该派出所民警激励效果不佳的直接原因。为了改善激励效果，本文从丰富激励手段,建立保障机制等角度对民警激励的不足进行完善、构建，以充分调动基层派出所民警的工作积极性，为警察队伍的人力资源管理提供有价值的参考和建议。86887

Study on the Incentive of Basic-Level Police in Hangzhou Easttown Police Station

Abstract The existing spirit-led police force incentives has simply no way to meet and adapt to the actual needs of the basic-level police force。 In the context，this paper takes the East town police station of the Hangzhou City for example and analyzes the problems in the motivation of the basic-level police。 After analyzing the present situation, the lagging of the incentive idea, the breakdown of the incentive, and the imperfect of the incentive contents have been the direct cause of the poor East town police station incentive effect 。As a result, this paper put forwards the general idea for the basic-level police motivation, including complete the incentive measures and build safeguard measures。 This paper aims to provide valuable references and suggestions for the police human resources management。

0 引言
