摘 要：当前,农村初中生辍学是一个无法回避的现实问题。初中生辍学直接影响到农村普及九年义务教育的落实,这一问题亟待解决。根据对河南省商城县苏仙石乡农村初中生辍学现状的调查分析，结果具有以下特点：辍学人数少;成绩差的辍学较多;男生辍学比女生要多;家庭贫困的辍学率比家庭富裕的相对较高。辍学是个人、家庭、学校、社会等因素综合作用的结果。因此提出的应对策略是:提高学生的认识,增强学习兴趣;家庭强对初中生的关怀,建立和谐的家庭生关系;学校要不断推行素质教育，增强教师素质；政府要加大管理力度,确保义务教育阶级各环节的有效实施。8051

The New Period of Rural Junior High School Students Drop out of School Present Situation Investigation and Analysis and Countermeasure Thinking
——In Suxian Shi Shangcheng County township as an example
Abstract: At present, the rural junior high school students drop out of school is an unavoidable reality. Dropouts are directly influenced by the nine year compulsory education junior middle school students, the problems to be solved. According to the analysis of students drop out of the status of the rural junior middle school in Shangcheng County of Henan province Suxian Shi Xiang, the result has the following characteristics: the number of drop less; poor school more boys than girls; dropout; poor dropout rate is relatively higher than the wealthy families. Drop out is the comprehensive effect of inpidual, family, school, social factors such as the result of. Therefore, countermeasures are proposed: to improve students' understanding, enhance the learning interest of junior middle school students; family strong concern, establish a harmonious family relations; schools should continue to carry out quality education, enhance the quality of teachers; the government should strengthen management, to ensure the effective implementation of the compulsory education class.

新时期农村初中生辍学现状调查分析及对策以商城县苏仙石乡为例前言
