ABAQUS惯性摩擦焊温度场的数值模拟

摘要摩擦焊接技术是目前被广泛应用的一种固相连接技术。摩擦焊接只需要摩擦产生 的热量和轴向压力来完成整个焊接过程,所以是一种节能的方法,又因其焊接过程短, 焊缝质量高,所以又是一种高效率,高质量的方法。基于这些优点,摩擦焊接在航空 航天以及石油等领域受到广泛的青睐。这些年,随着惯性摩擦焊接地位的不断攀升, 惯性摩擦焊的温度场对焊接质量起着关键作用,本研究对惯性摩擦焊接的温度场开展 研究,将具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。80931

本论文主要工作是利用 ABAQUS 软件建立惯性摩擦焊的模型,并通过试验验证 建立模型的可靠性;再利用建立的正确模型对惯性摩擦焊接过程进行模拟,经过一系 列计算得出模拟数据,结合实际试验的测量数据惯性摩擦焊的温度场进行探讨,研究 其焊缝两端温度场的差异,以及试件的大小和摩擦压力对焊接过程中温度场的影响。

研究结果证明:惯性摩擦焊接两端即旋转端和固定端的温度场并不是完全对称的, 而是存在一定的差异,是高速旋转的旋转端与空气产生对流效果造成的;实际操作中, 试件的同样会对惯性摩擦焊的温度场造成一定的影响;另外,惯性摩擦焊过程中的摩 擦压力和顶端压力也会对温度场产生不可忽略的影响。

Abstract Friction welding is a solid state bonding technique which is widely used at present。 Friction welding only need to generate friction heat and axial pressure to complete the welding process, so it is an energy-saving method, because the welding process is short, the weld quality is high, so it is a kind of high efficiency and high quality of the method。 Based on these advantages, friction welding has been widely used in aerospace, oil and other fields。 These years, with the rising status of inertia friction welding, inertia friction welding temperature field of welding quality plays a key role。 The study of inertia friction welding temperature field research will have important theoretical significance and  engineering value。

The main work of this thesis is to use ABAQUS software to establish the model of inertia friction welding, and through the test to establish the model of reliability; reuse to establish the correct model of inertia friction welding process is simulated, after a series of calculated data simulation, combined with the actual test data measured inertia friction welding temperature field are discussed, the field of weld temperature at the end of the differences, and piece size and friction pressure on the influence of temperature field during welding。

Experimental results show that both ends of that rotating end and the fixed end of the temperature field is not completely symmetrical, but there is some difference welding of inertia friction, high speed rotation of the rotating end and air convection effect caused by; actual operation test pieces can also be of inertia friction welding temperature field caused by certain effect; in addition, inertia friction welding process of friction pressure and pressure at the tip of the will influence cannot be ignored on the temperature field。
