新型超塑化剂的合成工艺研究

摘要本课题以甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚(OXAB-608) 为大单体,以丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、 丙烯酸羟丙酯作为小分子功能单体,加入链转移剂,并在引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下通过 溶液聚合制备超塑化剂。通过改变物料配比、链转移剂和引发剂用量、反应温度、反应 时间以及丙烯酸和功能单体的配比等条件,分析各因素对超塑化剂性能的影响并确定最 佳合成工艺。将不同水泥试样分别养护 3 天、10 天,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和 X 射线衍射(XRD)实验,分析超塑化剂对水泥浆体性能、微观结构影响。78322

结果表明,当 n(AA):n(OXAB-608):n(丙烯酸羟乙酯)=4。9:1:0。35(摩尔比),固体 链转移剂用量为大单体总质量的 3。7%,引发剂过硫酸胺的用量为大单体总质量的 2。2%, 引发剂滴加 1。5h,控制保温温度为 85℃,保温 1。5h 时,制备的超塑化剂的净浆流动度 最大,初始净浆流动度 t0 可达到 230mm,1h 后的净浆流动度 t60 为 170mm,产物的平均粘 度为 250mPa。S(30℃)。扫描电镜(SEM)检测结果表明,与空白样品相比,加入超塑化 剂能够使水泥样块的孔径更加细化和均匀;养护 3 天与养护 10 天的样品相比, 养护 10 天后水泥块空隙明显比养护 3 天的小,水泥块的致密性也有所提高。X 射线衍射(XRD) 实验结果表明,和空白样相比,超塑化剂可以有效抑制水泥浆体的水化作用。

Abstract In this paper, the OXAB-608 was used as the macromonomer, the acrylic acid, Acrylate hydroxy ethyl ester and hydroxypropyl acrylate were used as small molecule functional monomer, the chain transfer agent and the initiator of ammonium persulfate were also has been added, and the superplasticizer has been synthesized through solution method。 By changing the ratio of materials, the amount of chain transfer agent and initiator, reaction temperature, reaction time and the ratio of acrylic acid and functional monomer, the effects of various factors on the performance of super-plasticizer were analyzed and the optimum synthesis technology was determined。 The different cement samples were maintained for 3 days, 10 days, and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement was used to analysis the effect of superplasticizer on cement properties and microstructures。

As a result, when n (AA) : n (OXAB-608) : n (HPA) = 4。9:1:0。35,the amount of solid chain transfer agent was 3。7% of the monomers total quality, the amount of initiator (APS) was 2。2% of the monomers total quality, and the temperature is controlled to 85 ℃, keeping

for 1。5 hours, the paste fluidity of poly carboxylic acid super plasticizer is the best, the   initial

fluidity of t0 can reach 230mm, and the paste fluidity of t60 is 170mm after 1h。 The average viscosity of the product is 250mPa。S (30 ℃)。 The Scanning electron microscopy  (SEM) results showed that, compared with the blank sample, adding super plasticizer can make cement specimens aperture more refinement and uniform; the curing concrete gap of sample which has been maintained for 10 days is significantly smaller than the 3 days - maintenance sample, the density of concrete has been improved。 The X - ray  diffraction (XRD) experiments show that, compared with the blank sample, superplasticizer can effectively inhibit the hydration of cement。
