WC耐磨金属布组织及性能研究

摘要基体表面拥有高强度,高硬度是各行各业越来越重视的方面,本文采用表面钎焊技术,将WC颗粒和钎料混合成包覆涂层连接在Q235钢基体的表面。

本文研究了相同工艺参数条件下,不同成分包覆涂层的性能。通过拍金相照片以及硬度测试,摩擦磨损试验和SEM扫描电镜试验等手段对金属布的组织与性能进行观察和分析。

    通过上述试验表明包覆涂层硬度受WC含量的影响,并且WC的含量越大,材料的硬度越大。试验初步证明包覆涂层材料摩擦磨损性能良好,在WC含量80%到20%的范围内都具有良好的耐磨性能。通过分析摩擦磨损的几组试验数据,随着WC含量不断的增加的情况下,包覆涂层的耐磨性也相继的变得能越来越好。78233

Abstract High strength, high hardness is the characteristics of cemented carbide。 Due to its excellent mechanical properties, commonly used in the production of a variety of wear-resistant tools, and even in the grinding tool industry has been widely used。 

    The purpose of this paper is to use brazing to weld hard alloy WC metal on the surface of the substrate so as to improve the surface properties of the substrate。 In this paper, the properties of the coating were studied by considering the coating cross section and surface microstructure, hardness, microstructure, and other aspects。 The microstructure and properties of the metal cloth were demonstrated by the observation of the coating cross section and the surface microstructure and the hardness test, the friction and wear test and the SEM scanning electron microscope。

Through the above experiments, the hardness of the metal cloth is affected by the content of WC, and the greater the content of WC, the greater the hardness of the material。 The preliminary test results show that the friction and wear properties of metal materials are good, and the WC content in the range of 80% to 20% has good wear and corrosion resistance。 Through the analysis of the friction and wear of several groups of test data, with the increasing of WC content, the wear resistance of the metal cloth have become more and more better。
