复合ZnO纳米阵列膜的制备及光催化性能的研究

摘要:本文以六亚甲基四胺和硝酸锌为原料,采用水热合成法在锌片上制备了氧化锌纳米阵列;用超声辅助化学沉积法制备CdS/ZnO纳米阵列,通过进一步反应掺杂纳米银制备CdS/ZnO/Ag纳米阵列,用扫描电镜(SEM)技术对其结构进行表征和分析。以甲基橙为目标物,比较了三种纳米材料的光催化性能。结果表明,纳米 CdS/ZnO与纳米ZnO相比,光催化性能有较大的提高,CdS/ZnO纳米阵列光催化剂经400W高压汞灯辐射 1。5小时,甲基橙溶液的降解率达到到78。8%;是氧化锌纳米阵列的1。25倍。CdS/ZnO/Ag纳米阵列的光催化性能略高于CdS/ZnO纳米阵列,CdS/ZnO/Ag纳米阵列在同样条件下,甲基橙溶液的降解率达到81。3%。本文还进一步探究了自然光下三种样品对酸性大红GR的光催化效果。实验表明,在同样的自然光下1。5个小时,ZnO ,CdS/ZnO,CdS/ZnO/Ag对酸性大红GR的降解率分别为64。6%,81。4%,86。9%,显然氧化锌复合材料的光催化性能与单纯氧化锌相比有明显的提高。72793

Abstract:In this paper, six methylene tetramine and zinc nitrate as raw materials, using hydrothermal synthesis method on the zinc was prepared by zinc oxide nanometer array; With ultrasonic assisted chemical deposition of CdS/ZnO prepared by nanometer array, by further reaction with preparation of silver nanoparticles CdS/ZnO/Ag nanoparticle arrays, by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technology for characterization and analysis of its structure。 With methyl orange as the target, compares the three kinds of light catalytic properties of nanomaterials。With methyl orange as the target, the use of ultraviolet spectrophotometer compares three kinds of light catalytic properties of nanomaterials。 The results show that the CdS/ZnO/Ag photocatalytic performance of the array is slightly higher than the CdS/ZnO nanoparticle arrays, CdS/ZnO nanoparticle array light catalyst by 400 w high pressure mercury lamp radiation 1。5 hours, the degradation of methyl orange solution rate reached to 78。8%; Is 1。25 times that of the zno nanoparticle arrays。 CdS/ZnO/Ag photocatalytic performance of the array is slightly higher than the CdS/ZnO nanoparticle arrays, CdS/ZnO/Ag nanoparticle array under the same conditions, the degradation of methyl orange solution rate of 81。3%。 This article also explores the natural light of three samples of acid scarlet GR photocatalytic effect。 Experiments show that under the same natural light 1。5 hours, ZnO, and CdS/ZnO, and CdS/ZnO/Ag of acid scarlet GR degradation rate were 64。6%, 81。4%, 86。9%, obviously light catalytic properties of zinc oxide composites compared with pure zinc oxide has obvious enhancement。
