摘要:铋酸盐玻璃作为优良的红外发光基质材料具有很重要的研究价值。本文介绍了铋酸盐玻璃的相关性质,介绍了稀土离子掺杂铋酸盐玻璃的性质,介绍了实验实施的方案,着重研究了不同浓度的Yb3+掺杂铋酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱以及相应的吸收和发射截面,探究浓度对发光的影响。最后研究了不同浓度Yb离子的分峰的积分强度,探究各个波长吸收和发射光谱的最佳浓度。结果表明,随着浓度的增加,玻璃的吸收和发射强度逐渐变强,吸收和发射截面逐渐变大。通过分析红外谱图得到,Yb离子对光透过具有抑制作用。通过分析吸收发射谱图的积分强度,得到最佳的吸收和发射浓度。Yb3+掺杂铋酸盐玻璃具有较好的光谱性能和激光性能参数,是Yb3+掺杂小型化固体激光器的理想基质材料。48663

Spectroscopic properties of Yb doped bismuth glasses

Abstract:Bismuthate glasses are a very potential material as infrared luminescence matrix .In this paper, the related properties of bismuth glasses are introduced。The properties of rare earth ions doped bismuth glasses are introduced。In this paper, the experimental schemes are introduced, and the absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and the corresponding absorption and emission cross sections of different concentration of Yb3+ doped bismuth glasses are studied.Finally, the integral strength of the different concentration of Yb ions was studied, and the optimal concentration of each wavelength absorption and emission spectrum was investigated.The results show that with the increase of concentration, the absorption and emission intensity of the glass gradually become stronger, and the absorption and emission cross section gradually become larger. Through the analysis of infrared spectrum, the Yb ion has an inhibitory effect on the light transmission. The optimal absorption and emission concentration is obtained by analyzing the integral strength of the absorption and emission spectra.Yb3+ doped bismuth glass has better spectral and laser performance parameters, and is an ideal matrix material for Yb doped compact solid-state laser.
