摘要:汽车用胶管种类主要分有燃油胶管、空调胶管、散热器胶管、动力转向管、制动胶管、涡轮增压胶管。当然这些汽车胶管用途不同,所以对于它们各自的性能要求也是各不相同的。比如动力转向胶管接触介质是矿物油,要求耐热性能好、接头部位牢固。在我们这次研究中,主要以氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)为主,其他几种橡胶为辅,分别研究了增塑剂(DOP)、炭黑、促进剂(NA-22)、还有各种偶联剂的处理的碳酸钙用量等因素对橡胶硫化后的性能影响。随着DOP含量的增加,CM橡胶的硬度在不断减小。随着NA-22用量的增加,CM橡胶的拉伸强度一直都在19MPa左右;硬度在不断增加。随着炭黑用量的增加,CM橡胶的拉伸强度先上升后下降,最高达到19.52MPa;老化后橡胶的拉伸性能都有所上升,但是到达一定的老化时间后,拉伸性能有所下降;扯断变形率和永久变形率都在随着老化时间的增加而减小。钛酸酯偶联剂处理的碳酸钙对橡胶性能的影响最稳定,铝钛复合偶联剂的影响最显著。42336

Preparation and Performance Analysis of Automotive Rubber Hose 

Abstract: The main types of automotive hose are fuel hose, air conditioning hose, radiator hose, power steering hose, brake hose, turbo charging hose. Of course, the use of these vehicles is different, so for their respective performance requirements are not the same. For example, the power steering hose contact medium is mineral oil, thermal performance is good, the joint part of the firm. In this study, it mainly by the use of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM), supplemented by other types of rubber, respectively, to study the plasticizer (DOP), carbon black, accelerator (NA-22), and various types of coupling agent treated calcium carbonate content factors influence on the performance of vulcanized rubber. With the increase of DOP content, the hardness of CM rubber is decreasing. With the increase of the amount of NA-22, the tensile strength of CM rubber has been around 19MPa, and the hardness is increasing. With the increase in the amount of carbon black, the CM rubber tensile strength increased first and then decreased, up to a maximum of 19.52MPa; after aging on the tensile properties of the rubber are on the rise, but reach a certain aging time, the tensile properties decreased; tensile deformation rate and permanent deformation rate all the time with the increasing of aging time decreases. Effect of calcium carbonate treated with titanate coupling agent for rubber properties of the most stable, the most significant effect of aluminium and titanium complex coupling agent.
