轧制复合含槽叠层材料工艺研究

利用DEFORM3D对不同压下量轧制复合7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al叠层复合材料的咬入和复合过程进行了分析,并实际冷轧复合制备了7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al叠层复合材料和进行性能表征,探究其复合界面的结合机

摘要:本文利用DEFORM 3D 对不同压下量轧制复合 7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al 叠层复合材料的咬入和复合过程进行了分析,并实际冷轧复合制备了 7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al 叠层复合材料和进行性能表征,探究其复合界面的结合机制,讨论研究压下量对结合强度的影响。主要得出以下结论: 模拟结果表明,楔形的板料有利于轧制咬入;随着压下量的增加,7075 铝板间的初步结合都能实现,但界面上受到的切向拉应力也会增加,会加剧板料间的变形不协调,造成初步结合的界面遭到破坏,可能导致复合失败;如果轧制复合时不在槽中添加填充物,槽也会因为变形被破坏,不能形成理想中的槽形。 室温下当压下量超过 60%时,7075 铝合金板间都能复合上,结合强度先逐渐增强,但当压下量超过 70%时,结合强度下降,主要是因为压下量越大,所以在冷轧时,理想压下量为70%。   31001

Title Rolling composite containing slot laminated composite material technology research
Abstract In this paper,by  using  DEFORM -3D under the different pressure rolling composite 7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al stack  layer composite material bite and composite process are analyzed and actual cold rolling composite prepared 7075Al/T2Cu/7075Al laminated composite materials and characterization, to explore binding mechanism of the composite interface to discuss the research on effect of bonding strength. Mainly draw the following conclusions: The simulation results show that wedge plate material is conducive to the roll bite; with the increase of amount of reduction, 7075 aluminum between the initial combination can achieve, but the interface shear to tensile stress will increase, will increase between the sheet metal deformation coordination, resulting in the initial combination of interface is damaged and may lead to complex failed; if rolling composite when not in the slot add filler, the groove will also because of the deformation is destroyed, can not form the ideal trough. At room temperature when the pressure was more than 60%, 7075 aluminum alloy plate can be combined, the bonding strength increased firstly, but when the pressure exceeds 70%, decreased the binding strength, mainly is because the larger the amount of the pressure, so in cold rolling and compression amount to 70%.
