基于环糊精包合物的聚甲醛改性剂的合成与表征。以IC-TPU的合成、结构表征以及其对POM的改性研究为重点展开实验

摘要聚甲醛有着优异的性能,在各个领域应用广泛。社会进步促使 POM 的使用量年年递增, 同时对 POM 的性能要求也越来越高。相较于老牌发达国家,我国的聚合物材料研发能力处 在低级水平,国产 POM 产品也只是集中于低级市场,无论是研发还是生产都满足不了国内 的市场。为实现国产 POM 多样化、高性能化和自主化,我国应着重科研人才的培养,投入 更多的人力物力。本文针对 POM 高强度、低韧性、不耐热的缺点,分析了 POM 结构的特 点和降解机理,本文引入了 IC-TPU 来尝试改性 POM,在不损失强度的同时提升韧性并提 高热稳定性,以得到一种满足日常应用的 POM。88572

本文主要以 IC-TPU 的合成、结构表征以及其对 POM 的改性研究为重点展开实验: (1)IC-TPU 的合成

本文主要通过主体分子溶液滴加入客体分子溶液的溶液法制备 IC-TPU,并调节主客体 的化学计量比制备得到不同结构的 IC-TPU。

(2) IC-TPU 的表征

本文主要通过傅立叶转换红外线光谱仪、X 射线衍射仪和万能材料试验机对 IC-TPU 的 结构和性能进行表征。实验结果表明:IC-TPU 中存在管式结构,说明-CD 与 TPU 确实生 成了包合物;IC-TPU 的强度要高于纯 TPU,也保持了优秀的韧性;通过红外实验结果表明 TPU  之间的氢键作用减弱并在包合部分形成新的交联点,从而使得强度得到显著的提高。

(3) IC-TPU 对 POM 的改性

通过简单的熔融共混得到了 POM/IC-TPU 的共混物,并对其进行了结构和性能的表征。 通过热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜和万能材料试验机对共混物进行了结构 和性能的表征。实验结果表明:POM/IC-TPU 展示了优秀的力学性能,达到了刚韧平衡的结 果;热稳定性也比纯 POM 提升了不少,初始热降解温度和最快降解温度都有显著的提高, 这是因为 TPU 的氨基和-CD 的羟基协同作用,大幅度改善了 POM 材料的热稳定性。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766

ABSTRACT POM has excellent performance and is widely used in various fields。 Social progress promptes the use of POM increase year after year, while the POM performance requirements are getting higher and higher。 Compared with the developed countries, China's polymer materials research and development capabilities at a low level, domestic POM products are only concentrated in the low- level market, whether R&D or production can not meet the domestic market。 To achieve domestic POM persification, high performance and autonomy, China should focus on the cultivation of scientific research personnel, put more human and material resources。 In this paper, the characteristics of POM structure and the degradation mechanism were analyzed。 The IC-TPU was introduced to try to modify the POM, and the toughness was improved without losing the strength。 , to get a kind of POM to meet the daily application。

(1) The synthesis of IC-TPU

In this paper, IC-TPU was prepared by the solution method of adding molecular solution to the host molecular solution, and the IC-TPU with different structures was prepared by adjusting the stoichiometric ratio of the host and guest。

(2) The characterization of IC-TPU

In this paper, the structure and properties of IC-TPU were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometer and universal testing machine。 The experimental results show that there is a tubular structure in IC-TPU, indicating that -CD and TPU do contain the inclusion complex。 The strength of IC-TPU is higher than that of pure TPU, and the toughness is also maintained。 The results of infrared test show that TPU hydrogen bond weakened and make a new cross-linking point, so that the strength has been significantly improved。 基于环糊精包合物的聚甲醛改性剂的合成与表征:http://www.youerw.com/cailiao/lunwen_163899.html
