摘要纳米复合薄膜是一种特征维度尺寸为纳米量级的组元,镶嵌于不同的基体中的纳米复合材料,因综合了传统复合材料和现代纳米材料的优点,将在光学、电子学、机械生物学等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本课题通过LixMoS2快速水解制备出来的单层MoS2分散液,与MMA、SDS、KPS采用直接混合法,制得MoS2纳米片/PMMA复合材料,并通过旋涂的方式,制备成薄膜。并通过X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、场发射环境扫描电镜、傅立叶转换红外线光谱分析仪、热重分析仪来表征其结构性能,表面结构,热稳定性能。结果表明,直接混合和旋涂法可高效制备出MoS2纳米片和MoS2纳米片/PMMA复合材料;经SDS改性的MoS2纳米片均匀分散在溶剂中,MoS2纳米片厚度约为2。3nm;复合薄膜结构均匀,MoS2纳米片相互连接呈网状结构,使复合材料的热稳定性大幅度提高。87901

Title    Preparation and Characterization of Nanocomposite Films 

       

Abstract Nanocomposite film is a kind of nanocomposites which is embedded in different matrix and its characteristic dimension size is nanoscale 。Because it combines the advantages of traditional and modern composite nanomaterials,it will have a broad application prospects in optics, electronics, machinery and biology and other fields 。In this articles,Monolayer MoS2 dispersion is prepared by the rapid hydrolysis of LixMoS2, in order to prepare MoS2 nanosheets/PMMA composites,then it will mix with MMA、SDS、KPS。After that,the film can be prepared by the way of spin coating。Then X-ray diffraction (XRD),Atomic Force Microscope, field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and Thermogravimetric Analyzer(TG) can be used to characterize its structure, surface structure and the thermal stability。The results show that it is successfully to prepare the MoS2 nanosheets and MoS2 nanosheets/PMMA composites by direct mixing and spin coating method。MoS2 nanosheets which is modified by SDS are dispersed in the solvent equably。The thickness of MoS2 nanosheets is about 2。3nm。The composite film is well-distributed。MoS2 nanosheets interconnect with each other,in order to form a network structure。The thermal stability of nanocomposites are improved obviously。
