不锈钢薄板TIG焊工艺研究。利用TIG焊设备对2mm的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢薄板进行TIG焊工艺试验,采用的焊丝为304LM

摘要随着科学技术的发展,薄板不锈钢在国防、化工、电子等领域被广泛使用,于是人们对焊接工艺也提出了更高的要求,解决焊缝成形和焊接变形问题尤为重要。本课题利用TIG焊设备对2mm的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢薄板进行TIG焊工艺试验,采用的焊丝为304LM,通过多组参数的试验对比,研究和探讨了影响不同工艺参数对焊接质量的影响,得出焊接2mm不锈钢薄板的最优参数为:焊接电流180A,焊接速度2。7m/min,填丝速度0。4m/min 。87893

硬度试验结果表明:在该工艺条件下,母材离焊缝中心越近,其硬度值稍有升高,焊缝平均硬度约为HV215,母材平均硬度约为HV200左右。

金相试验结果显示1Cr18Ni9Ti母材为γ组织,熔合区为γ+蠕虫状的δ-铁素体,焊缝区为γ+δ组织。

Title   The study on TIG welding technology of stainless steel sheet 

         

Abstract As the development of science and technology, stainless steel sheet has been widely used in national defense,chemical industy,tronics industry and other areas。So people set higher requirement for welding technology。 It is particularly important to solve the problem of welding deformation and welding deformation。In this project,the TIG welding equipment is used to conucting TIG welding technolog experiment for stainless steel sheet which is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti with the length of 3mm。 The welding wire used is 304LM。 Through the comparison of multiple sets of parameters, the he influence of different process parameters on the welding quality was studied and discussed。The optimal parameters for welding 3mm stainless steel sheet are obtained: welding current 180A,welding speed 4。5mm/s, Wire feeding speed 0。4m/min。

The results of hardness test show that under the conditions of this process, Closer to the center of weld line , the higher its hardness is。 The hardness of the weld line center is about 210Hv, and the hardness of the base material is about 200Hv。

The results of metallographic test show that the fusion line between the weld and the base metal is obvious。 The filler metal and the base metal are connected well。The quality of welded joint is good。
