摘要本文对钛合金与钢的焊接性进行了综述,针对两者的焊接难点,采用加T2紫铜过渡段的方式,进行了TC4钛合金与304不锈钢的电子束焊接试验,研究了两者电子束焊接的工艺参数,分析了钛-铜和钛-铜-钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能,获得了较好强度的钛-钢焊接接头。87884

    TC4-T2-304SS焊接接头的脆弱区在钛铜焊缝的钛侧熔合线,此处生成了Ti-Cu金属间化合物,试验采用偏束焊的方式焊接TC4钛合金和T2紫铜,优化了焊接工艺参数,最佳参数:电子束流Ib=55mA,聚焦电流If=680mA,焊接速度v=10mm/s,偏铜量x=1。5mm,试验发现在钛侧重熔可以显著提高接头的抗拉强度,重熔后的接头强度为210MPa。使用最佳参数焊接好钛-铜后,将铜侧切下只剩2mm宽,采用Ib=45mA,If=680mA,v=10 mm/s焊接紫铜与304不锈钢,TC4-T2-304SS焊缝的抗拉强度为137MPa。

Title   Research on Electron Beam Welding of Dissimilar Materials  Titanium Alloy / Steel                                                 

AbstractIn this paper,the weldability of titanium alloy and steel were summarized。For the welding difficulties,the electron beam welding of TC4 and 304SS was carried out by adding copper,and the process parameter of EBW was studied。It was analyzed about the microstructure and mechanical property of joint,and good welding joints was obtained whose tensile strength was high。

Where the fragile area of the TC4-T2-304SS joint is in the fusion-line of Ti-Cu joint near titanium side, the Ti-Cu intermetallic compounds are formed here。The test welded TC4 and copper T2 to optimize the welding parameters by the non-centered EBW。Optimum parameters:Electron beam Ib=55mA,Focusing current If=680mA,The welding speed v=10mm/s,The partial amount of copper x=1。5mm。It was found that the tensile strength of the joint can be significantly increased by remelting of titanium alloy, and the strength of the joint is 210MPa after remelting。After using the optimum parameter to weld TC4 and copper,The copper was cut with only 2mm wide。Using Ib=45mA,If=680mA,v=10mm/s to weld copper and 304SS,the tensile strength of TC4-T2-304SS joint was 137MPa。
