摘要为了提高钢铁材料在室温和高温下的摩擦磨损性能,延长磨损寿命,固体润滑剂的应用是不可忽视的。由于并不是表面越粗糙,摩擦磨损性能越好,所以本课题通过实验了解粗糙度对其摩擦磨损性能的影响,确定润滑性能最佳的粗糙度。在元件镀镍、镀银以及在镀镍的圆盘表面进行织构密度为4%、6%、13%的激光打孔处理,再电镀Ag-MoS2复合镀层,对制备好的试件上在高温摩擦机上,Si3N4球作为上摩擦副,测试室温、200℃、600℃的摩擦性能和磨损率。结果表明,摩擦磨损性能的优劣排序是Ag-MoS2复合镀层、镀银、镀镍。在凹坑密度的一定范围内,随着蜂窝密度的增加,摩擦系数先减小后增大。凹坑可缓存摩擦时颗粒的较大应力,发生磨损磨合,且存储有效的润滑剂,发生自润滑效应,有利涂层在长时间工作下发挥作用,降低摩擦系数,减少材料浪费。尤其在600℃高温下,织构化的表面磨痕都较好,摩擦系数也较低,6%织构密度时磨损率最低。87683

Title  The deposition and Tribological Properties of the textured  surface of silver based lubricating coating                                                 

Abstract In order to improve the friction and wear performance of steel material at room temperature and high temperature, and make wear life longer , the use of solid lubricant can not be ignored。 As the surface is not rough, the friction and wear performance may be better, so this subject’s aim is  understanding the impact of roughness on the friction and wear properties, determining the best performance of the roughness of the lubrication。First,carrying out different treatments on the surface of the samples,including plating nickel or Silver。Then Laser hole drilling was carried out on the surface of the nickel plated disks, the texture density was 0,4%, 6% and 13%。Next, plating Ag-MoS2 composite coating on the surface of disks。Finally,testing the the friction property and wear rate of the samples on the system in high temperature friction machine。 Si3N4 ball was used as upper friction pair to test at room temperature, 200 ℃, 600 ℃。The results show that the order of the friction and wear properties from good to bad is Ag-MoS2 composite coating, silver plated, nickel plated。 In a certain range of the pit density, with the increase of cellular density,the friction coefficient of samples can decrease and then increase。 In spite of the effective storage of lubricants and the occurrence of self lubrication effect。Especially at 600℃ high temperature, the texture of the surface of the wear marks are good, the coefficient of friction is low, 6% texture density has the lowest wear rate。
