摘要铜/钢复合板结合了铜的高导电性、强耐蚀性、外表美观的优点,也具有钢的高强度、低成本的优点。铜/钢复合材料优越的性能与其微观结构密切相关。本文分别以轧制工艺以及粉末冶金工艺制备的两种铜/钢复合板材为研究对象,通过扫描电镜、蔡司显微镜、显微硬度计、万能试验机等仪器研究两种铜/钢复合板材的金相组织、复合层宽度、扩散分析、断面形貌。测出其性能参数包括硬度、抗拉强度以及人工海水中的腐蚀数据。86646

实验结果表明:粉末冶金法制备的铜/钢复合板复合层硬度在131HV-149HV之间。试样钢侧断裂方式为塑性断裂,铜侧为脆性断裂,抗拉强度约为285Mpa。人工海水中的腐蚀电位为-0。822V,腐蚀电流是1。321×10-5A,失重腐蚀速率为16。08%。

轧制法制备的铜/钢复合板复合层硬度在70HV-80HV之间。试样的断裂方式为塑性断裂,抗拉强度约为386Mpa。人工海水中腐蚀电位为-0。543V,腐蚀电流是1。753×10-5A,失重腐蚀速率为10。83%。

Abstract Copper/steel composite plate combines the advantages of high conductivity, good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance of copper and it also has the advantages of high strength, low cost of steel。 The superior propertie of copper/steel composites is closely related to the microstructure。This paper uses two kinds of copper/steel composite plate made by rolling and powder metallurgy as the research object and uses scanning electron microscope, Zeissl microscope, micro-hardness tester,universal testing machine and other equipment to study the microstructure, composite layer width, diffusion analysis, fracture morphology and to measure the performance parameters including hardness, tensile strength, and corrosion data in artificial seawater of  two kinds of copper/steel composite plate。 

Experimental results show that the composite layer hardness of copper/steel composite plate made by powder metallurgy is between 131HV and 149HV。 The fracture mode of the specimen is plastic fracture, the copper side is brittle fracture, and the tensile strength is about 285Mpa。 The corrosion potential in artificial seawater is -0。822V, the corrosion current is 1。321×10-5A and the weight loss rate is 16。08%。

The composite layer hardness of copper/steel composite plate made by rolling is between 70HV and 80HV。 The fracture mode of the sample is plastic fracture, and the tensile strength is about 386Mpa。 The corrosion potential in artificial seawater is -0。543V, the corrosion current is 1。753× 10-5A  and the weight loss rate is 10。83%。
