摘要Mn3O4作为一种高附加值的锰产品,是相关电器产品中生产锰锌铁氧体软磁材料必不可少的原料,其制备也越来越受到重视。在控制成本同时最大程度的保证Mn3O4产品的比表面积和纯度,降低颗粒尺寸。而且由于我国锰矿资源较为有限,研发高品质的Mn3O4的产物,不仅能满足社会需要,而且对提高锰产品附加值及其市场竞争力都有积极的作用。87180

本文以MnO2为原料,采用真空热解法制备Mn3O4,分别以焙烧时间、焙烧温度以及真空度作为实验的控制变量,确定了生成Mn3O4的焙烧时间、焙烧温度和真空度,探讨了焙烧时间、焙烧温度和真空度对制备Mn3O4的影响,为了使实验效果更加直观,增加了一组在常压下生成Mn3O4的对比实验。

实验结果表明:当真空度为20KPa,焙烧温度达到825℃连续焙烧1h后,即可生成高纯度的Mn3O4,可以作为一种制备高品质Mn3O4的方法;真空度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对生成Mn3O4的作用很大,尤其是真空度,真空度越高,所需的焙烧温度和焙烧时间越短,有利于节约生产成本,提高生产效率。

Abstract Mn3O4 as a kind of high value-added manganese products is the important raw material for producing manganese zinc ferrite soft magnetic materials in electric and electronic products, And the preparation of Mn3O4 is becoming more and more attentive。 In guarantee under the condition of low cost, it is important to improve the specific surface area and purity of Mn3O4 products as much as possible and to reduce the particle size。 And because the manganese ore resources is relatively limited in China, researches and development of high quality Mn3O4 products not only can satisfy the need of society, but also have a positive meaning to increase product added value and enhance manganese products market competitiveness。

In this paper, taking MnO2 as raw materials to prepare Mn3O4 by thermal decomposition in vacuum, Calcination time, calcination temperature and vacuum degree are as control variables of the experiment respectively ,in order to confirm calcination time, calcination temperature and vacuum degree the of generating Mn3O4,It is discussed the influence of calcination time, calcination temperature and vacuum degree on the preparation of Mn3O4。In order to make the experimental effect is more intuitive,a set of comparative experiments under ordinary conditions of preparation of Mn3O4 was added 。

The final results show that in the state of the vacuum degree of 20KPa, calcination temperature of 800℃, roasting time for 1h, the high pured Mn3O4 can be generated。 It can be used as a method of preparation of high quality Mn3O4; Vacuum, roasting temperature and roasting time on the preparation of Mn3O4 influence is very obvious, especially vacuum。 Vacuum degree is higher, the roasting temperature and roasting time are shorter, which can save the production cost, improve production efficiency。
