阳极支撑与阴极支撑管式固体氧化物燃料电池性能的对比分析

摘要传统的火力发电厂能源利用率只有30%,而一般的燃料电池的能源利用率远远高于它,大约在50%左右,并且燃料电池的安装位置不需要固定,占地面积小,建设周期短,操作简单方便,所以燃料电池受到了很多国家的重视。本论文利用有限元方法建立了管式固体氧化物燃料电池模型,然后对比分析阳极支撑与阴极支撑固体氧化物燃料电池的性能差异,为电池设计提供理论依据。

    第一章主要介绍了燃料电池的基础知识,包含燃料电池的定义、组成、工作原理、热力学、反应动力学等,以及燃料电池的发展趋势。86037

    第二章学建立了阳极支撑与阴极支撑燃料电池模型,并给出了模型几何结构、控制方程等,分析了关键物理量的分布规律。

    第三章 分析了不同温度、管内径、及电池厚度时,两种支撑类型燃料电池的性能差异。发现阴极支撑的氢气浓度差远大于阳极支撑的氢气浓度差,而阳极支撑的氧气浓度差远大于阴极支撑的氧气浓度差。在相同的条件下,阴极支撑的电池性能优于阳极支撑。不论是阳极支撑电池还是阴极支撑电池,随着管内径的增加电流密度减小,但减小幅度不大。

    结论部分对整个论文作出了简要总结。

Abstract   Traditional thermal power plant energy efficiency is only 30%, while the average energy efficiency of the fuel cell is much higher than it is, about 50%, and the mounting position of the fuel cell does not require a fixed, small footprint, construction period short, simple operation, so that the fuel cell has been duly noted by many countries。n this paper, using the finite element method to establish a tubular solid oxide fuel cell model and comparative analysis of the performance difference between the anode and the cathode supported solid oxide fuel cell support, provide a theoretical basis for the design of the battery。

  The first chapter introduces the basics of a fuel cell, the fuel cell containing the definition, composition, working principle, thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, as well as the development trend of the fuel cell。

  The second chapter to learn to establish a support anode and the cathode of the fuel cell support model, and gives the model geometry, equations, etc。, analyzes the distribution of key physical quantities。

  The third chapter analyzes the different temperature, pipe diameter, and when the thickness of the battery, the performance difference between the two types of fuel cell support。 Found cathode support hydrogen concentration is much greater than the difference between anode-supported hydrogen concentration is poor, while the oxygen concentration is much greater than the difference between anode-supported cathode support oxygen concentration difference。 Under the same conditions, the battery performance of the cathode support is superior anode support。 Whether anode or the cathode supporting support the battery cell, the current density increases the inner diameter of the tube is reduced, but the reduced marginally。
