FDS海洋平台舱室火灾的数值模拟研究

海洋平台舱室火灾的数值模拟研究基于FDS火灾动力学软件对其火灾特性进行数值模拟。通过对舱室火灾内的火焰结构、烟气、温度以及速度等物理量变化规律的分析

摘要海洋中是巨大的资源宝库,不仅蕴含有大量的矿产资源,同时蕴藏着极其丰富的油气资源。近年来,随着陆地和近岸油气资源被大量采伐,导致大陆油气资源匮乏,向深海处深开采石油已成为必然趋势。但是海洋上的环境比较恶劣,导致工作会很困难,同时海洋平台空间较小,设备设施必须设计的紧凑并且高度集中,开采出的油气资源也会储存其中,稍有不慎便十分容易引发海洋平台火灾,造成不可估量的灾难。87296
本文以某海洋平台上的舱室为研究对象,基于FDS火灾动力学软件对其火灾特性进行数值模拟。通过对舱室火灾内的火焰结构、烟气、温度以及速度等物理量变化规律的分析,结果认为:
(1)海洋平台舱室由于空间较小,同开放空间的火灾存在有一定差异,导致了一定的特殊现象发生,如烟气的对流与循环卷吸。
(2)烟气自身携带的热量是空间温度的主要来源,温度的变化主要是由烟气的热辐射引起的,因此烟气的空间分布在一定程度上决定了空间的温度分布。
(3)火势在初期就具有极快的流体速度,火势难以控制,需要人员尽快疏散以减少损失。
进行科学的模拟实验可以对海洋平台火灾的火焰传递特性进行分析,为人员的疏散以及撤离提供一定的依据,以保证人员的生命以及财产损失。

Abstract The sea is a huge resource of resources, not only contains a large number of mineral resources, but also contains a wealth of oil and gas resources。 In recent years, with the land and offshore oil and gas resources have been a lot of logging, resulting in a lack of oil and gas resources in the mainland, deep exploitation of oil has become an inevitable trend。 But the ocean environment is relatively poor, resulting in work will be very difficult, and offshore platform with small space, facilities and equipment must be designed compact and highly concentrated, the exploitation of oil and gas resources will store, slightly has carelessly is very easy to cause the platform fire and cause inestimable disaster。
In this paper, based on the cabin of a certain marine platform, the numerical simulation of the fire characteristics is carried out based on the FDS fire dynamics software。 Through the analysis of the variation of the flame structure, smoke, temperature and velocity of the cabin fire, the results of the:
(1) there are some differences in the space of the open space due to the small space of the ocean platform, which leads to some special phenomena, such as the convection and circulation of the flue gas。
(2) carry their flue gas heat is the main source of spatial temperature, temperature change is mainly caused by the heat of the flue gas in the radiation, so the flue gas distribution in a certain extent determines the spatial temperature distribution。
(3)in the early days of the fire with a very fast fluid speed, the fire is difficult to control, the need to evacuate as soon as possible to reduce the loss of personnel。
The scientific simulation experiment can be carried out on the fire of the marine platform for the flame transfer characteristics of the analysis, to provide a certain basis for the evacuation and evacuation, to ensure that personnel's life and property losses。
