摘要:金属卟啉具有大共轭结构,在可见光区有高的摩尔消光系数,是一类重要的功能分子。自然界中存在的许多天然卟啉以及它的金属化合物,比如血红蛋白、叶绿素等在呼吸、光合作用之类的生命过程中起重要作用。卟啉在我们的生活的各个方面也有着重要的应用,比如作为半导体材料用于材料化学,作为癌症的诊断工具用于医学,或者是用于能源化学方面等等。本论文以对羧基苯甲醛、吡咯和氯化铜为主要原料,丙酸做溶剂,高温回流制得四羧基苯基卟啉铜,通过本次实验得到一个制备四羧基苯基卟啉铜的高产率易提纯的方法。在反应过程中,通过监测紫外可见光光谱了解合成进度。产物合成后通过洗涤萃取过滤等方法提纯产物,再通过紫外光谱对其进行表征。35094

 The Synthesis and Characterization of Tetracarboxylporphyrin Copper
Abstract: Porphyrin is a compound in vivo large-conjugated cyclic structure having a metal porphyrin having a large conjugated structure in the visible region has a high molar extinction coefficient, are an important class of functional molecules. Many natural porphyrins found in nature as well as its metal compounds such as hemoglobin and chlorophyll plays an important role in breathing life processes like photosynthesis in. Porphyrins in all aspects of our lives also has important applications, such as a semiconductor material for the material chemistry, as a diagnostic tool for cancer medicine, or chemical energy is used, and so on. In this paper, carboxy benzal dehyde, pyrrole and copper chloride as the main raw material, propionic acid as solvent reflux temperature to obtain four carboxyl porphyrin copper to obtain a high yield four carboxyl porphyrin copper produced by this experiment rate method is easy purification.During the reaction, the visible light spectrum to understand the synthesis of progress by monitoring the UV. The product was purified by washing extraction filter synthesis methods such as product, and were characterized by UV spectroscopy to measure the purity and yield of four carboxyl porphyrin copper.
