城市商业开放空间的设计与思考

摘要随着我国经济的快速发展，城市化的发展势头在国内如火如荼。在这样城市化的推动下，城市的传统商业结构受到严重冲击甚至瓦解。例如“城市综合体”、“城市商业综合体”这些新概念开始诠释现代人的城市生活情况。城市商业区开始集聚酒店、商场、办公和公寓，不同以往的商业业态环境，这样“一站式”的休闲消费中心，有效地解决了现在快节奏生活所面临的困境，受到人们的亲睐。这种商业区的发展，构成了城市的新面貌，有些俨然的成为这座城市的名片。由此可见，城市商业开放绿地的设计尤为重要，同时它在这个新时代的背景下将面对不一样的挑战。本文针对城市商业开放绿地的现在发展趋势，进一步挖掘商业开放绿地的价值潜力，致力打造出有活力且宜人的城市商业空间环境，归纳出一些适合城市商业开放绿地景观设计的方法，给目前国内商业区开放绿地的设计提供一些参考和建议。42063

The design and thinking of city commercial open green spaces

Abstract

With the fast economic development,the development momentum of the urbanization like a raging fire.Under the imputes of the urbanization,the traditional business structure of the city have been seriously affected or even collapse. “HOPSCA" and “Urban commercial complex ",for instance.These new concepts began to interpret the modern city life. City business district began gathering Hotel, shopping malls, office and apartment, commercial environment is different, so “one-stop”center of leisure consumption, effectively solves the dilemma of today's fast-paced life,favored by people. With this business district development,the new look of the city is constituted,some have become the city name card. This shows that the design of city commercial open green space is particularly important, and it will face different challenges in the context of the new era.This article in view of the current development trend of city commercial open green spaces,to further exploit the potential value of the commercial open green space, efforts to create a dynamic and pleasant city commercial space environment.Inducing some design methods suitable for urban commercial open green space landscape and provide some reference and suggestions of it.
