摘要：随着国家的发展与人们生活水平质量的提高，城市湿地公园的建设已经成为了新时代的需求与人们生活必要的空间场所。水景设计是城市湿地公园设计中的重要部分，通过对江阴市芙蓉泽里湿地公园水景设计的论述和分析，探讨和总结，解决在实际设计应用中存在的问题：园区的功能分区、滨水的景观设计、滨水植物种植设计、怎么安置亲水平台、怎么安置木栈道以及入口景观设计等问题。合理设置湿地公园公园的湿地展示区，游览区域，活动区域；城市湿地公园规划设计要遵循合理开发、协调建设、合理利用空间与保护生态系统相结合，尽量开发公园的经济效益和社会效益，让它充分体现在美化城市环境中的作用，这样才能成为一个实用，美观的公园场所。设计要城市功能与湿地公园的特点结合才能更好的发挥湿地公园的作用，体现城市文化价值和艺术审美及对资源的利用的科学性。27901

据2005年2月2日第九个世界湿地日下发的《国家城市湿地公园管理办法（试行）》中的定义，城市湿地公园是指利用纳入城市绿地系统规划的适宜作为公园的天然湿地类型通过合理的保护利用，形成保护、科普、休闲等功能于一体的公园。
