摘要随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，社会养老最终成为了很多老年人不可避免的选择。而我国的养老院起步较晚，设施及服务不健全，至今还没有一个系统化的、针对社会养老机构展开的导视设计。本文以上海金福居敬老院为例，针对存在的问题，结合规划设计理念和实地情况，提出设计的依据和切入点，探索设计思路，把传统风格与现代手法相融合，让区域空间环境和其所要传达的精神文化相协调，设计出适合老年人审美的、具有独特地域环境个性特征和魅力导向标识系统。增强老人居住的舒适度和提升敬老院的总体形象。25999

Abstract
With the aging of the population, the social pension becomes the inevitable choice
for many elderly people And China's nursing homes started late, facilities and

1.1.1 课题研究背景
随着我国老龄化的加剧，社会养老最终成为了很多老人不可避免的选择。可就目前来说，
我国养老机构的发展相对于其他老龄化国家而言却是比较滞后的。据不完全统计，我国城乡
有社会福利院、敬老院、养老院、老年公寓和老年护理院等养老服务机构 4 万余个，总床位
约 150 万张，平均每千名老人占有床位仅有 8.6 张，与发达国家平均每千名老人占有养老床
位数 50-70 张的水平相差甚远，而且现有养老机构中的配套设施也远远不能满足老年人日益
增长的需求。为保障老年人群的生活需求、提高老年人居住环境的质量，完善、设计好养老
