Abstract As the international language, English is regarded as the official language by many countries。 English is a very important communication tool in world academic conference, international business negotiation and joint-ventured companies。  How to solve the employment problem of English major? How is the employment prospect like? These issues attach much attention of society。 Through analysing different aspects such as the graduates, schools and society。 Then specific solutions are put forward from the three aspects and the employment prospect of English major are analyzed。 The paper is aimed at helping English major graduates find ways to get rid of employment difficulty, enhance their employment confidence and describe the broad employment prospect of English major graduates。
