ANSYS复合材料板的缺陷检测实验分析

摘要复合材料具有重量轻、强度高、弹性优良、耐化学腐蚀等特点,广泛应用于各 个工业和民用领域。但在生产和使用过程中,其结构的健康会由各种因素的诱导而破 坏,这将威胁其安全可靠性,甚至会造成无法挽回的严重后果。因此,针对复合材料 的应用现状,利用快速有效的检测技术,对各种复合材料进行缺陷检测,及时发现影 响结构可靠性的初始缺陷对保证和提高产品质量、降低产品成本以及保障在役设备安 全具有极其重要的意义。79363

本文以纤维增强型复合材料——玻璃钢板为研究对象,采用超声导波检测法对其 缺陷进行检测,并从数值模拟和实验分析两方面研究了板中的缺陷与超声导波二者间 的相互作用机理。本文主要研究内容如下:

首先,对项目进行概述,介绍了项目的来源以及项目研究的背景与意义,同时介 绍了缺陷导波检测的国内外研究进展。此外,阐述了复合材料及声波的基本概念,其 中分析了玻璃钢材料及其特点,同时归纳了波的分类及超声导波的特点,为后续研究 的开展打下基础。

接着,利用 ANSYS 软件基于有限元法,模拟导波对玻璃钢板中缺陷进行检测。 通过设置不同类型、不同大小、不同位置和不同数目的人工缺陷,模拟导波对玻璃钢 板中缺陷的检测。

然后,研究了超声导波在复合材料板中缺陷检测的应用。对复合材料缺陷导波检 测的特点及基本原理进行分析,研究了换能器类型的确定方法以及导波激励信号的选 择。

最后,对复合材料缺陷检测开展了实验研究。通过实验研究,在实现导波 S0 单 一模态检测的前提下,对玻璃钢板中设置的裂纹与圆孔缺陷的位置进行检测,通过对 比分析发现,实验检测的损伤位置与实际位置误差很小,验证了超声导波缺陷检测的 精确性。

Abstract Composite material has widely used in various industrial and civil fields with its advantages of light weight, high strength excellent flexibility,  chemical corrosion resistance and other characteristics。 But in the process of production and use, the structure of health will be damaged by induction of various factors, which will threaten the its security and reliability, and even cause irreparable serious consequences。 Therefore, in view of the present situation of the application of composite materials, the fast  and effective detection technology, defect detection of all kinds of composite materials, timely detection of initial defects that affect the reliability of structures to ensure and improve the quality of products, low production cost and guarantee the safety of equipment in service has very important significance。

In this paper fiber reinforced composite -- glass plate has been studied with ultrasonic guided wave to detect the damage。 And the result of numerical  simulation and experimental has been analyzing for the damage and ultrasonic guided wave interaction mechanism 。 The main research contents of this paper are as follows:

Firstly, it elaborates the background and significance of this paper, introduces the ultrasonic guided wave nondestructive detection research status and development trend。 At the same time,this paper expounds the basic concept of the composite, and the sound wave, which analyzes the glass steel material and its characteristics, and summed up characteristics of wave classification and ultrasonic guided wave。 It is the foundation for the following research。

Secondly, the guided wave detection of defects in glass plate has been simulated using ANSYS software based on the finite element method,。 By setting different types, different sizes, different locations and different number of artificial defects, simulated guided wave detection of defects in the glass plate。 ANSYS复合材料板的缺陷检测实验分析:http://www.youerw.com/wuli/lunwen_91697.html
