粉液混合过程静电导除特性研究

摘要:随着国内外粉体技术的不断发展,粉体材料越来越广泛应用于国民经济的各种行业中。粉体在工艺生产、运输、加工、混合过程中,由于粉体与液体或粉体与设备、容器之间相互接触、摩擦和撞击,会带上大量的静电。粉尘静电的实质是粉尘存在的剩余电荷。电荷是所有的有关静电现象本质方面的物理量,电压、电流等有关的量都是由于电荷的存在或电荷的移动而产生的物理量。静电放电可形成高电位、强电场和瞬间大电流同时作为点火源能在瞬间释放大量的能量,极可能引起可燃性粉尘着火或爆炸事故。

本文基于扶本康兽药粉尘,首先通过兽药粉放电火花敏感性的定量测定药粉的静电敏感性,继而通过药粉物理特性和热分析进一步深入研究兽药粉的静电敏感性,再通过搭建粉液混合装置平台,通过实验将粉液混合过程中静电产生和导除等数据的记录来分析出实验结论。对于加装导电棒材的扶本康上喷粉产生的静电荷量有明显的下降,因为导体铁棒可以快速将主要的颗粒物碰撞产生的静电荷导入大地,颗粒物与装置内壁及水雾混合碰撞产生的部分静电荷通过微电流计进入大地,此时混合喷粉的最大漏电电流已经大幅降低,通过漏电电流的数据图可以得出,静电荷整体积聚的变化趋势没有发生太大的变化,但是静电荷的累积得趋势变缓慢,漏电电流呈现慢慢上升的趋势,而且高于50nA的时间维持较短,其主要原因为导电棒材持续不断的将装置内部的颗粒物碰撞产生的静电荷不断导除,但是产生静电荷速度要高于导除的速度,所以静电荷的总量还是以缓慢的持续增长的趋势,但是喷粉碰撞到达极限后,产生的静电量处于相对稳定状态后,漏电电流不会继续增加。关于本次静电导除的初步研究,可以得出直接对主要静电产生源进行相关的静电荷导除,要比从装置外部导除效果明显且快速,如果采用更加优化的静电导除材料,那么静电导除效果会更好。48220
