摘要 随着我国工业化大力发展,大气污染也越来越严重,全国各地多个地区都发生了雾霾等恶劣天气。伴随室外的空气污染,室内也直接受到严重的影响,如API、PM值也越来越高,同时家具,装修也带来了空气问题。然而室内的环境质量是与我们的身体健康息息相关,因此,空气净化治理的装置研发迫在眉睫。它可以为我们提供室内空气净化的解决方案,把室内的污染空气通过自身净化功能后,得到无污染对人体无害的气体,使我们可以安心健康的环境中快乐生活。目前市场中有大量空气净化的产品,我们将设计一种可以无线智能控制的空气净化仪器,它可以稳定的清洁我们的空气。29279
本论文设计的空气净化器无线智能控制系统,该系统包括三大部分,一部分是空气质量检测及处理部分,第二部分是,无线智能控制部分,第三部分是空气净化器部分。通过Wifi技术,将两大部分有机结合到一起,即可有效的实现空气净化的无线智能控制。该装置的设计与开发包括硬件电路设计与软件程序的开发,其中硬件电路设计方面,该控制系统分别包括控制电路和驱动电路的设计,根据对室内空气的检测发来的数据进行控制处理及设置设计出控制电路,由控制电路再根据功能需求和工作原理设计出系统中各个功能模块的驱动电路。在软件程序方面,该电路中要完成对空气质量检测的数据处理,Wifi接收到信号后,将信号输入控制板单片机中,通过C语音进行计算处理再发到空气净化器的无刷直流电动机控制系统中,进行PID计算控制电机的转速。该系统的功能模块包括:单片机控制模块、电源系统模块、初始值设定模块、显示功能、无刷电机控制功能、PM2.5传感器数据采集功能、PM2.5净化装置功能、按键处理功能、传感器数据采集监测系统。

Air purification Wireless Intelligent Control System hardware development
Abstract:With the vigorous development of China's industrialization, air pollution has become increasingly serious, many regions across the country have taken place in bad weather such as fog and haze. With the outdoor air pollution, indoor been seriously affected directly, such as API, PM value higher and higher, while furniture, decoration also brought air problems. However, the quality of the indoor environment and our health are closely related, and therefore, air purification equipment R & D is imminent. It provides indoor air purification solution for us, the indoor air pollution through the self-purification, to obtain pollution harmless gas, so that we can feel at ease and happy life in a healthy environment. There are currently on the market a lot of air purification products, we will be able to design a wireless intelligent control of air purification equipment, it can be a constant cleaning our air.
   Indoor air purification wireless intelligent control system designed in this paper, the system consists of two parts, one is the air quality testing and processing part, the other part is that wireless intelligent control part. Through Wifi technology, combine two parts together, you can effectively achieve air purification wireless intelligent control. Design and development of the device includes hardware design and software development program, in which the design of the hardware circuit, the control system includes a control circuit design, respectively, and the driving circuit, based on the detection of indoor air to control the data sent to the processing and setting design a control circuit, the control circuit then works based on functional requirements and design a system drive circuit of each module. After the software program side, the data processing circuit to complete air quality testing, Wifi signal is received, the signal input control board microcontroller, the calculation process and then sent to an air purifier C brushless DC motor is controlled by voice system, make the PID calculation control motor speed. Function module of the device includes: SCM control, power system function, the initial value setting function, display function, the main motor control functions, PM2.5 sensor data acquisition function, PM2.5 purification device function keys and remote processing functions, sensor data acquisition monitoring system and air alarm function.
