摘要游泳运动是国内开展最为普遍的体育运动，也是大众最为感兴趣的体育运动项目之一。海南省作为国际旅游岛拥有规模庞大的旅游资源，因此游泳运动在海南省拥有良好前景及广阔的市场，经营性游泳场馆随着大众的需求应运而生，其规模化与规范化势在必行。最近几年，随着海南省经济的迅速发展和经济结构的转变，人们对生活质量的要求日益提高，游泳场馆的体制也发生了本质性的变革，主要特点是游泳场馆的商业化和产业化。其中经营性游泳场馆以独树一帜的竞争优势得到迅速发展，逐渐形成了一定的规模，以较大的竞争力占据了体育市场份额。

本文通过文献分析、访谈、问卷调查和数据分析统计法等方法，以海南省陵水县海韵小区、中州国际酒店、舞强健身、体育广场4所游泳场馆作为研究分析对象，对海南省陵水县目前的游泳场馆经营现况以及消费群体现状进行具体的调查研究，得出以下结论：海南省陵水县游泳场馆基本设施简陋；泳池卫生质量需要加强；救生员需要加强管理监督；救生、救急器材配备不到位；游泳场馆管理人员缺乏足够的专业管理知识。通过结论，笔者给予以下建议，分别是：政府应该加强对游泳场馆的监督；规范游泳场馆设施及设备；规范急救器材及救生体制管理；规范救生员及游泳教练员管理；加强对游泳场馆人员专业知识的学习。84091

Through literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics methods to Hainan Ling shui County Rhine district, Zhong zhou International Hotel, strong dance fitness, sports plaza 4 swimming pools for the survey, its current operating conditions and the status of the consumer market groups conduct research, the following conclusions: Ling shui County, Hainan Province, the swimming complex infrastructure simple; the need to strengthen the quality of health pool; lifeguards need to strengthen the management and supervision; lifesaving, equipped with emergency equipment is not in place; swim venue managers lack sufficient management expertise。 By conclusion, it gives the following recommendations, namely: the government should strengthen the supervision of swimming venues; standardized hardware and critical facilities; specification lifeguard management; specification lifesaving, first-aid equipment management; enhance the professional knowledge of the swimming complex learning。
