摘要：江苏省是经济大省，也是体育强省。改革开放以来，江苏省按照“三个代表”思想的要求，坚持“体育为人民服务，为社会主义现代化建设服务，为的中心工作服务”的方针，把增强人民体质、增进国民素质作为新时期体育事业开展的基本目的，所以积极的探究一条既契合中国国情又契合江苏省省情的体育事业经费开展之路是十分必要的。本文以江苏省省级体育事业单位为研究对象，对省级体育事业经费收入与支出的情况进行描绘和剖析，找出优缺陷，提出相应的对策与建议，为指导者制定相应的战略提供参考。56306

Abstract: Jiangsu province is the largest economy, is also a strong sports province. 1 前言
1.1 研究目的和意义
江苏省体育事业“十二五”发展规划总体目标是：“到2015年，建成体育强省，有条件的地区实现体育基本现代化，10个省直辖市建成体育强市，90%以上的县（市、区）建成体育强县（市、区），体育公共服务水平明显提升，服务江苏“两个率先”的能力进一步加强，更好地满足人民大众多方面体育需求，推动竞技体育和大众体育、体育事业与体育产业协调发展。”为了更好的开展江苏省的体育事业，顺应新形势下体育事业发展的需求，也为了能卓有成效的完成“十二五”规划，对体育事业经费进行合理的利用是十分有必要的。所以刚刚完成的“十一五”规划能更深层次的为发展好“十二五”规划提供基础，并且能进一步服务体育事业发展。 江苏省省级体育事业经费收入与支出研究:http://www.youerw.com/tiyu/lunwen_60818.html
