摘要：学校体育的重要组成部分离不开排球教学，在学生身心素质的发展中起着重要的作用。青少年的德智体的发展与排球运动密不可分，同时在进行排球运动的过程中，青少年的团队精神和协作能力也都得到很好的培养。对于江苏省淮安市中学中排球运动的发展现状研究，本用了通过五种研究和调查方法进行：1。文献资料法，2。问卷调查法，3。数理统计法，4。逻辑分析法，5。访谈法。通过对上五种方法的结合和系统分析，研究和调查结果显示：排球场地和器材设施匮乏、排球专业师资缺乏、学生的排球运动兴趣不高、学校领导对排球运动重视低是影响淮安市中学排球运动发展的最主要因素。针对上述不利影响因素，本文提出了以下六点对策: 1建立科学系统的训练指导思想；2进一步加快师资队伍建设步伐；3增加比赛机会，促进人才成长；4积极拓宽资金来源渠道，提供有力经费保障；5加强相关领导对排球运动的重视程度；6增加排球课时增强重要性92957
