农村小学体育顶岗实习中的问题与对策研究

摘要：学校教育的重要组成部分之一的体育教学,一直都是推进学生素质教育的基础。多年来,在农村学校，相关校领导只注重升学率，片面追求文化成绩,从而忽略了对农村学校的体育教学。因此为了发展农村学校的体育教学,提高我国农村小学体育教育工作的前提是必须先落实好农村小学体育教学，近年来，国家教育部门采取了一些措施进行改革，如提出的师范类学生进农村进行顶岗支教实习的改革措施，在我国各大师范院校相继实施，效果良好。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,对顶岗实习的农村学校的顶岗实习大学生以及体育教学现状进行分析，发现农村学校顶岗实习中存在实习生生活条件差、教学上得不到相应的指导、教学任务繁重、教学条件简陋等问题。从而提出了改善实习生生活条件、加强实习指导、合理分配教学任务以及加强体育经费的投入等措施，提高教育部门对体育的重视，从而改善存在的问题。91692
