摘要研究背景:随着经济的发展,健康成为国民关注的热点。目前提高体力活动水平对健康的促进作用已经得到公认,其对高血压、糖尿病、肥胖的预防作用是得到研究证实的。而我国体质整体情况虽然在持续提高,但仍旧需要进一步增强。而爬楼梯是一项非常有特点的活动,在大部分场所都可便利进行,对肌肉力量、耐力,心肺能力以及控制体重都有一定的锻炼效果。研究目的:本论文通过对爬楼梯活动的能量消耗以及锻炼强度进行测定,并将成果设计成为海报,通过科学的实验测定以及成果应用,为大众提供科学合理的运动建议。研究结果:在爬楼梯过程中,上楼的强度上升明显,5楼之后达到6METs,心率达到120次/min,下楼过程中,强度变化缓慢,平均为3METs;能量消耗方面通过计算得出爬每层楼每年多消耗的脂肪数,并进行海报设计,增加运动注意事项,如损伤、间歇等问题的解决。研究结论:楼梯锻炼能够达到中等及以上的运动强度,且其能量消耗的积累是巨大的,若改变生活习惯,将电梯改为楼梯活动,将增加较多的能量代谢,对减肥或其他慢性疾病控制有一定的好处。  88096
