摘要：目前毽球运动在高校逐渐普及，引进毽球运动进入高校，有利于促进学生身心健康全面发展。本文以学院毽球运动的开展现状为研究对象，通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法，得出结论：学生对于毽球运动认识存在偏差；学生参与方式单一；没有专门的社团和相关组织；师资力量储备不足；毽球场地的利用不够充分。针对以上问题提出相关对策与建议，为毽球运动更好的在学院开展提供参考依据。84840

Abstract: Shuttlecock as one of our national traditional sports project, by the people's favorite, is beneficial to promote the health of students。 Currently the shuttlecock in Colleges and universities also gradually popular, the introduction of shuttlecock movement enters the University, can promote the comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health。 This paper to European cool normal college shuttlecock development present situation as the research object, through the literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics analysis method, draws the conclusion: students for the shuttlecock cognitive gap; lack of teachers; shuttlecock site; teaching content and curriculum design, organization form of unreasonable。 In view of the above problems, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, for better shuttlecock in teachers college to provide reference。

   引言

在现代经济高速发展的今天，特别是在我国经济发展水平持续增长的，大部分人们的生活水平都已经脱离了只求温饱的水平，达到小康水平。在这种情况下，人们对健康生活的要求日益强烈，而且在现今科学技术，信息技术如此发达，人们的工作效率越来越高，闲暇时间日益增加，再加上如今健康生活方式日益流行。在这种情况下，毽球这种集锻炼身体，娱乐，竞赛性，团队性，观赏性、大众化与一身的运动出现在人们的生活中。它价格便宜，消费低，携带方便，场地要求不高。在全国各地，毽球已经融入了很多人的生活中来。在高校，将毽球内容加入高校教学内容中来也有重要意义。在周口各种常见运动也开展的不错，如篮球，足球乒乓球这些运动，在这里毽球早已经出现在了人们的生活中来，出现在大街小巷，出现在公园里，说明毽球在这里已经有一定基础。在学院里毽球也出现在操场上，学校的各个空地上了，出现在学生的生活中。但是学院同学们对毽球的兴趣如何，这就需要对学院毽球的开展现状进行一番调查了。论文网
