多时间尺度的淮河流域旱涝时空特征分析

摘要：本文以淮河流域附近气象站点1961-2015年的月降水资料为基础，主要基于SPI即标准化降水数值，分析研究了不同时间尺度下的旱涝时空特征，得出结论：1）SPI-1数值波动频繁，降水量分布不均。2）春季与夏季是旱涝灾害的高发季节，旱涝灾害交错发生；秋冬两季则较为正常，整体偏湿。3）淮河流域多年平均月、季的旱涝灾害发生频率在整体上较为接近。但不同等级的旱涝灾害分别在月、季这两个时间尺度上有明显差异。4）20世纪60年代，淮河流域偏涝，洪涝灾害发生频率较高；在七八十年代，整体偏旱，发生灾害的程度和频率比较低；90年代起，旱涝交替频繁。5）淮河流域大多数地区极易发生旱灾，流域西北部为旱灾频发区；淮河中上游易发生洪水，北岸及洪泽湖附近容易形成内涝。91181

Abstract:This paper uses the monthly precipitation data of 1961-2015 in Huaihe river as a case, employing SPI, Standardized Precipitation Index,to analyze the space-time characteristics of drought and flood the political in different time scale。The conclusion of this thesis:1)Frequent fluctuations of SPI-1 and numerical precipitation distribution。2)Spring and summer are the high season of drought and flood, and the drought and flood disasters intersect。3)The frequency of drought and flood disaster in Huaihe River Basin is relatively close to the average year and season。4)In the 1960s, the frequency of flooding in Huaihe River Basin was higher。 In the 1970s and 1980s, the overall is drought;Since the 1990s, the droughts and floods have been frequent。5) Most areas of the huaihe river are prone to drought, and the northwestern region is a drought prone area。 The waters near hongze are easily waterlogged。

1前言

水作为生命之源，是地球一切生物包括人类生存必不可缺的物质，是人类在发展经济、改善生存环境以及各种工农业生产所需的重要且不可替代的一种自然资源。而降水则是水资源的一个重要方面，经济文化的发展都与其息息相关。而随着全球气候变暖情况的加剧，旱涝灾害越发频繁，频发的极端旱涝灾害导致区域内部经济受到冲击、自然生态环境也遭到破坏。论文网
