土壤重金属复合污染对叶菜类与茄果类蔬菜的影响研究

摘要由于人类工业活动,肥料的大量使用导致稳定存在于地壳中的重金属进入土壤环境,通过生物富集作用威胁人类健康,而农产品中重金属的含量和土壤中污染物的类别有着紧密的联系,土壤是影响农产品质量的决定性因素。本实验在前人对杭州蔬菜供应产地土壤环境重金属污染状况的调查结果中,选取了杭州蔬菜地典型种植的蔬菜,分别是茄果类、叶菜类蔬菜,在不同等级重金属污染情况下进行盆栽实验,筛选低吸收低积累重金属的蔬菜品种,为蔬菜的安全生产提供保障。实验结果表明:在对照组中番茄可食用部分对重金属Cd、Cu、Zn的吸收量最小,其次是茄子,均低于我国蔬菜重金属最高限量标准。在二级污染土中上海青可食用部分对重金属Cd的吸收量最小,低于我国蔬菜重金属最高限量标准;番茄可食用部分对重金属Cu、Cr的吸收量最小,其中重金属Cu的吸收量低于我国蔬菜重金属最高限量标准;在三级土壤中各蔬菜对重金属的吸收量均超过了国家标准。73638

Abstract Due to human industrial activities, extensive use of fertilizers lead to a stabilization of heavy metals present in the earth's crust into the soil environment, threaten human health through biological enrichment, and the class content of heavy metals in agricultural soils and pollutants are closely linked, the soil is decisive factors influence the quality of agricultural products。 In this experiment, the former Hangzhou vegetable supply environmental heavy metal contamination of soil origin findings, select a typical Hangzhou Vegetable planting vegetables, are solanaceous, leafy vegetables, at different levels of heavy metal pollution situation Pot experimental screening buy low, sell vegetable varieties fell accumulation of heavy metals, to provide protection for the safe production of vegetables。 The results showed that: In the control group the edible part of tomato uptake of heavy metals, cadmium,opper,Zinc,followed by eggplant, our vegetables were lower than the maximum limits of heavy metals。 Contaminated soil in the secondary edible parts of Shanghai Green Cadmium absorption minimum, lower than the maximum limits of heavy metals in our vegetables; tomato edible part of copper absorption minimum amount of chromium, which is lower than the uptake of copper our highest limits of heavy metals in vegetables; various vegetables in the three soils for heavy metal absorption volume exceeded the national standard。
