摘要:本设计目标是进行年产500 t谷物胚芽营养粉工厂的设计。首先,了解谷物的发芽以及谷物胚芽的理化特性。接着,设计生产工艺,选用发芽玉米、发芽大米、发芽小麦作为原料,麦芽糊精、乳粉作为辅料,进行分选、两次粉碎、两次调配、挤压膨化、杀菌、包装得到谷物营养胚芽粉产品。保证工艺流程简单、可行。其次,根据生产流程和产量制定班产量,并进行物料衡算、设备选型、水电用量计算。然后进行工厂设计,包括总平面设计、生产车间设计,目标制定合理的厂区布局和工厂规划。最后对本设计进行技术经济分析,计算成本、利润,分析盈亏平衡点、经营安全率,得出结论。30673

The factory design of annual production capacity of 500 tons nutritional power of germinated grains
Abstract:This design is primarily for the annual production capacity of 500 tons nutritional power of germinated grains. First, to understand the germination and physicochemical property of grain. Second, design the production process. Using germinated corn, rice, wheat as raw material, malt dextrin, powder, as auxiliary material, experiencing the process of sorting, two times of mixing, two times of mixture, extrusion, sterilization, packaging, to get the nutritional power of germinated grains. Make sure that technological process is simple and workable. Next, according to the production process and production output, draw up class production. What’s more, work out the material balance, equipment selection, calculation of water and electricity consumption. Then, start to design, including the general layout design, the production workshop design, aiming to formulate reasonable plant layout and plant planning. Finally, make the technical and economic analysis; calculate the cost, profit; analysis the profit and loss balance and operation safety, and then, draw the conclusion.
