安康鱼肝油的提取及精制工艺路线及参数设计

摘要:本课题是以安康鱼肝为原料,利用淡碱水解法从安康鱼肝中提取鱼肝油并进行精制。该课题以鱼肝油提取率,酸值,过氧化值,碘值,水分含量,不溶性杂质含量为指标,在单因子基础上对安康鱼肝油的最佳提取及精制工艺进行了正交优化设计。正交实验结果表明:不仅鱼肝油的提取率达到50%以上,而且根据标准SC/T 3502-2000检验最佳工艺所得到的精制的鱼肝油的理化指标如酸值、过氧化值等都能够达到国家标准。由正交分析得到最佳工艺为水解时间35min,盐析时间15min,盐用量占鱼肝用量的3.5%,水解温度为80℃。在精制的过程中,最佳工艺条件为磷酸浓度为78%,氢氧化钠用量为2%,活性白土用量为10%,脱臭温度为80℃,此时鱼肝油的回收率最大。24241

The process route and parameter design of the extraction and refinement of anglerfish cod liver oil
Abstract: The research took the anglerfish liver as the material, used alkali method to extract and refine cod liver oil from anglerfish liver. With the extraction rate, acid values, peroxide values, iodine value, water content and unsolvable impurity content as the index , the research was based on single factor to do the orthogonal design to  optimize the process of the extraction and refinement of anglerfish cod liver oil. The orthogonal test results showed that: the extraction rate of cod liver oil was over 50% and the measurement indexes such as acid values and peroxide values were reached the national standard according to SC/T 3502- 2000. The optimum process conditions of extraction of the anglerfish liver oil by alkali method were as follows: hydrolysis time 35 min, the salting-out time 15 min, the amount of salt 3.5%, hydrolysis temperature 80℃. In the process of refinement, the optimum conditions were as follows: phosphoric acid concentration 78%, sodium hydroxide amounts 2%, active clay amounts 10%, deodorization temperature 80℃. Under the conditions, the recovery rate of cod liver oil reached the maximum.
