摘要本文以牛蒡的根际土壤为材料,采用稀释平板涂布的方法,从吉科、地黄、东北、东北理想4份牛蒡根际土样分离出34株放线菌,并进行促生潜在性评价,寻找有潜在促生作用的菌株,其中有22株菌有酪蛋白水解能力、25株菌有纤维素水解能力、29株菌有淀粉水解能力,13株菌有木聚糖水解能力,16株菌有产铁载体能力,12株菌有解磷能力,25株菌有产氨能力,24株菌可以产生长激素(IAA),13株菌有几丁质水解能力,23株菌有固氮能力,20株菌有产ACC脱氨酶能力,最后从中挑选出代表性菌株进行16S rRNA基因序列分析,这些菌株分属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces)和原小单孢菌属(Promicromonospora)等属中。71132

Isolation and plant growth promoting potential analysis of actinomycetes from the rhizosphere soils of Arctium lappa L.

Abstract In this study, the rhizosphere soils of Arctium lappa L. were used for the isolation of actinomycetes. In total, 34 trains were obtained from four different rhizosphere soil samples collected from different area. The isolated strains were also screened for their potential plant growth promoting abilities. The results showed that 22 strains had the ability of casein hydrolysis, 25 strains could hydrolyze cellulose, 29 strains could hydrolyze starch, 13 strains could hydrolyze xylan, 16 strains produced siderophore, 12 strains had phosphate-solubilizing ability, 25 strains had the ability to produce ammonia, 24 strains displayed the ability to produce IAA, 13 strains could hydrolyze chitin, 23 strains had the ability of nitrogen fixation and 20 strains had the ability of producing ACC deaminase. The representative strains were selected for 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis and they mainly belong to the genera of Streptomyces and Promicromonospora.
