碱胁迫对花生叶片膜脂过氧化的研究

摘要探讨不同浓度Na2CO3胁迫对花生幼苗生长形态以及对花生叶片中丙二醛含量、抗氧化酶活性及质膜透性率的影响。用25 mmol/L、50 mmol/L、75 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、125 mmol/L、150mmol/L、175mmol/L Na2CO3溶液对花生幼苗进行胁迫处理,以完全培养液为对照,测定相关生理参数的变化。结果表明:随着碱胁迫浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,花生幼苗的生理特性发生明显变化,处理浓度达175mmol/L Na2CO3时,花生幼苗致死。相对于对照组,经过胁迫处理的花生幼苗在根冠比、平均鲜重、根系干重均呈现下降趋势,MDA的含量在一定胁迫范围内持续增加,整体上增加的幅度比较大。而抗氧化酶(SOD:超氧化物歧化酶,POD:过氧化物酶,CAT:过氧化氢酶)的活性变化均出现先增后降的规律,碱浓度越高,增加的幅度就越明显。综上所述,在较低浓度碱性盐胁迫下,花生幼苗具有一定抵抗能力,植物体内的抗氧化酶可以起到一定的防御作用,但高浓度长时间的碱性盐胁迫不仅会抑制花生幼苗的生长,还会加重花生叶片膜脂过氧化作用,甚至导致花生幼苗的死亡。69177

Effects of alkali stress on membrane lipid peroxidation in peanut leaves

Abstract

Effects of different concentrations of Na2CO3 stress on the growth and the content of MDA, the activity of antioxidant enzymes and Plasma membrane permeability in peanut leaves was studied. peanut seedlings was stress treatment with25 mmol/L、50 mmol/L、75 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、125 mmol/L、150mmol/L Na2CO3 solution, The changes of related physiological parameters were determined with the complete culture medium as control. The results showed that: with the increase of the concentration of alkali stress and the extension of stress time, the physiological characteristics of peanut seedlings were significantly changed. Compared with the control group, after treatment of stress in peanut seedling root shoot ratio, average fresh weight, root dry weight decreased, MDA content in a certain range of stress continued to increase, the overall increase in the amplitude is relatively large. but the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, peroxidase, catalase) showed the change of the first increase and then decreased. In conclusion, under the stress of low alkali concentration, peanut seedling has certain resistance ability and plant antioxidant enzymes can play to a defensive role, but high concentration for a long time of alkaline salt stress will not only to inhibit the growth of peanut seedlings, but also increase the peanut leaf membrane lipid peroxidation, and even lead to the death of peanut seedlings.
