精制有机肥对切花菊‘神马’连作土壤酶活性和土壤养分的影响

摘要:持续单一的连续种植导致土壤酶活性的降低和土壤养分的失衡,抑制切花菊生长,使切花菊产量和品质下降。在切花菊栽培中,常采用精制有机肥缓解连作障碍,高效、经济地施用精制有机肥具有重要意义。但是,精制有机肥在菊花栽培中的应用量几乎没有过定量筛选。本实验通过大田实验,比较研究了不同施用量的精制有机肥对切花菊生长及切花品质的影响。共五个处理:0.75Kg每平方米土精制有机肥(OF10);1.50Kg每平方米土精制有机肥(OF20);2.25Kg每平方米土精制有机肥(OF30);3Kg每平方米土精制有机肥(OF40)和对照(CK)。结果表明:使用1.50Kg每平方米土精制有机肥(OF20)对促进菊花生长,提高切花菊质量的效果最好。OF20处理的条件下,土壤过氧化氢酶和β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性最高,同时土壤速效磷含量也达到最高。    37290

Effects of refined organic fertilizer on Soil Enzyme activities and Soil nutrient in chrysanthemum‘Jinba’continuous cropping rhisosphere soil
Abstract: Sustained monoculture often leads to the decrease of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient imbalance of chrysanthemum. It can restrain the growth of crop and make a decline in yield and quality. The refined organic fertilizer often was used to alleviate continuous cropping obstacle and promote crop growth in the cultivation of cut-flower chrysanthemum. However, the amount of refined organic fertilizer application on the chrysanthemum growth almost no quantitative screening. It has great significance in applying refined organic fertilizer effectively and economically. Thus, in this study, field greenhouse experiments were carried out in the year 2015 May to September. Chrysanthemum growth and quality indexes were measured of different refined organic fertilizer treatments. The treatments include: 0.75Kg the refined organic fertilizer per m² soil (OF10) ; 1.50Kg the refined organic fertilizer per m² soil (OF20); 2.25Kg the refined organic fertilizer per m² soil (OF30); 3.00 Kg the refined organic fertilizer per m² soil (OF40) and the control (CK).The major results obtained from the present experiments has been that using 1.50Kg the refined organic fertilizer per m² soil(OF20) encouraged plant growth and quality of flower more strongly than other application amount both vegetative and reproductive growth of chrysanthemum. The soil catalase and β-D-glucosidase activities were highest in OF20 treatment. And soil available P content was highest in the OF20 treatment.
