摘    要

SPL基因是植物特有的一类转录因子,研究表明SPL基因在植株生长发育过程中发挥着重要作用。但尚未有关于黄瓜中SPL相关基因的克隆和这些基因参与黄瓜生长发育调控和性别分化的相关报导。我们前期实验表明黄瓜CsSPL9基因在在雌花芽中积累量较高,极有可能参与了黄瓜性别分化调控。85213

本研究利用模式植物拟南芥作为研究材料,考察黄瓜CsSPL9基因对拟南芥生长发育的影响,明确CsSPL9基因对拟南芥生长发育的影响,并为进一步揭示其调控机制提供新的数据和参考。同时也可为提高作物经济产量作技术参考。

获得以下主要研究结果:

1。 通过验证筛选异源转化的野生型拟南芥,获得7株35S::CsSPL9转基因纯合株系。

2。 黄瓜CsSPL9基因异源积累造成转基因拟南芥主根增长、抽薹时间提前、首朵花开花时间的提前。

我们的实验表明黄瓜CsSPL9基因影响了植株的发育和时相转变进程,可以促进植物发育,也可以促进开花。

Abstract

SPL gene is one of the plant specific transcription factors。 Studies have shown that SPL genes play an important role in the process of plant growth and development。 However, there have been no reports on the cloning of SPL related genes in cucumber and the related genes involved in the regulation of growth and development of cucumber。 Our previous experiments showed that the CsSPL9 gene in cucumber was higher in the female flower bud, which was probably involved in the regulation of sex differentiation in cucumber。 

This study used the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana as research material, to investigate the effects of CsSPL9 gene on the growth and development of Arabidopsis thaliana, and to clarify the effect of CsSPL9 gene on the growth and development of Arabidopsis thaliana, and to provide new data for the further study of its mechanism。 At the same time, it can also be used as reference for improving crop yield。 The main results are as follows:

1。 These vectors were transformed into Arabidopsis, and finally 7 homologous 35S::CsSPL9 transgenic plants were obtained。

2。 Ectopic expression of CsSPL9 and CsSPL13 in Arabidopsis led to elongation of primary roots and advanced bolting and flowering time。

Our study showed that CsSPL9 genes can influence the procedure of plant development and phase transition。
