摘   要为探讨过量葡萄糖和海藻糖对褐飞虱海藻糖代谢平衡及其发育的影响,本文采用显微注射技术,测定处理后48 h海藻糖、糖原和葡萄糖含量及海藻糖酶活变化;同时,为探明褐飞虱的海藻糖代谢具体途径,本文在褐飞虱不同发育阶段测定其海藻糖、糖原和葡萄糖含量及海藻糖酶活变化。研究结果表明不同发育阶段糖含量及酶活性各不相同。在蜕皮阶段,糖原和海藻糖含量都呈现先下降后上升的趋势。

过量糖类物质注射后能够提高葡萄糖含量,显著抑制糖原和海藻糖含量,使可溶性海藻糖酶(TRE1)和膜结合型海藻糖酶活(TRE2)活性上升,引起褐飞虱蜕皮和翅膀发育困难。这些结果说明褐飞虱在蜕皮阶段的主要能源由糖原和海藻糖提供;过量糖类物质能够影响海藻糖等糖类物质的平衡,造成褐飞虱蜕皮困难和翅膀发育畸形甚至死亡。相关研究结果有助于更加全面的探索研究褐飞虱海藻糖代谢平衡的潜在分子机理,为将来通过调控褐飞虱血糖平衡来防治害虫提供理论依据。90298

AbstractTo investigate the effects of excess glucose and trehalose on the metabolism of trehalose and development in brown planthopper, the microinjection technique was used to determine the changes of trehalose, glycogen and glucose contents and trehalase activity at 48 h after treatment。 The trehalose, glucose and glycogen contents and trehalose activity of brown planthopper were measured at different developmental stages of brown planthopper。 The results showed that the sugar content and enzyme activity were different at different developmental stages。 In the molting stage, glycogen and trehalose content showed a tendency of down and rise after the trend。 Excessive carbohydrate injection can increase glucose content, can significantly inhibit glycogen and trehalose content, can increase the activity of soluble trehalase (TRE1) and membrane-bound trehalase activity (TRE2) and cause the molt and wings development of brown planthopper difficulties。 These results indicate that the main energy source of the brown planthopper in the molting stage is provided by glycogen and trehalose。 Excessive carbohydrate can affect the balance of carbohydrate such as trehalose, resulting in brown planthopper molting difficulties and wings development deformity or even death。 The results of this study can help to explore the potential molecular mechanism of the balance of trehalose metabolism in brown planthopper, and provide theoretical basis for the future prevent pests by regulating the blood glucose balance of brown planthopper。
